Kameron Leibrand was the first baby born at Garrett County Memorial Hospital in 2012. Dr. Daniel Buckingham delivered him on Sunday, Jan. 1, at 10:15 a.m., weighing in at 6 pounds 2.3 ounces and 18 inches long. Kameron’s parents are Kayla Leibrand and Kevin Hoover of Friendsville. He joins his siblings, Kylie Taylor, age 3, and Keagan Leibrand, age 2. The family received a basket of gifts donated by several local businesses.
