The Potomac council is an agency of the United Way of the Potomac Highlands, which consists of the United Ways of Allegany and Garrett Counties in Maryland, and Mineral and Hampshire Counties in West Virginia.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
